Below is a detailed explanation of our shipping policy to help you understand our procedures and guidelines.
Free Shipping across India
There are no shipping charges for all orders within India.

Domestic Shipping Timelines
For orders within India, shipping timelines are largely regulated by state government guidelines. Delays may occur if local lockdowns or other restrictions are in place, which are beyond Subarnam's control. Orders placed during sales, festive periods, or peak seasons may require additional processing time
We aim to deliver within 7 to 10 working days from the date of order, but we will keep you updated on any unforeseen delays.
Orders that include the following items can only be shipped after measurements are submitted and approved. It will require an additional of 2-5 business working days for processing before shipment:
- Fall & Pico for Sarees
- Tassels for Sarees
- Custom Blouse Stitching for Sarees
- Custom Matching Satin Petticoat
International Shipping Timelines and Customs
For international orders, deliveries typically take 5 to 12 working days. Please note that additional charges, including VAT, import duties, and local taxes, may apply depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country. These charges will be payable by the customer at the time of delivery, directly to the courier partner. Subarnam Silks cannot influence or control these charges, as they are governed by the local authorities of the delivery destination and vary by country.
USA customers will not have to pay any additional tariffs/duties on your orders.
Customers will be liable for customs charges in case of delivery outside India. Kindly note that for easy delivery of your order, we require a full and correct shipping address, PIN code, and contact information.
Reliable Shipping Partners
To ensure the highest quality in delivery, Subarnam Silks partners with only the most trusted courier services. Our domestic delivery partners include Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, and Blue Dart. For international shipments, we work with Aramex International, DHL, TNT Express, and FedEx.
Once your product is out for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking details and carrier information so that you can easily track the status of your order.
Packaging and Product Condition
At Subarnam Silks, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure the safe delivery of your products. If you receive a package with negligence or tampering with the packing, please do not accept it. Report any damage to us immediately at info@subarnam.com with photos.
Gift Orders
If your order includes a gift and you would like us to include a personal note, please send us an email at info@subarnam.com, mentioning your order number and the desired message. We’ll ensure your gift reaches your loved ones with the personalised touch you wish to include.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of placing the order.
Subarnam Silks shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused due to:

- Customer unavailability
Additional shipping charges arising from incorrect details must be borne by the customer
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Subarnam Silks shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs clearance
- Natural calamities
- Political disturbances
- Pandemic-related disruptions
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen logistical circumstances
Tampered or Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears tampered with, opened, damaged, or unsealed at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the package.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the shipment may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
No Returns on Clearance Sale Items
Subarnam Silks does not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased during clearance sales. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders during sales periods, as these purchases are final.
